I got a 12 inch Lima and a 12 inch"Asian upside Cat",they are not a TSN but they are pretty cool.I heard that Lima's can grow to 16 inches,is this true??Also i know nothing about Asian upside down cats can anyone help??It is solid Black with long fins and swims upside down most of the time,how big can it grow??Any help is really appreciated,thanks!!!:headbang2:confused:
 
lima can get 2' more likly 16-18" range thought nice could you post a pic ? :) please...lol
 
good luck with these guys. I love both my lima and my asian upsidedown cat. cant wait for my Asian upside down cat reaches 12" That must be one gorgeous catfish.
 
I think the Asian is maxed out, or close to it @ 12"....
 
Asian upside downs generally don't get much bigger than 12-14 inches. Watch it though, they can be quite aggressive, esp. towards other bottom dwellers.

Nice pick up...that's definitely a full sized leucophasis. They are a great catfish to keep...not fussy with foods or watar parameters. As long as you give him a dedicated hide spot you probably won't have an issue with their bursts of aggression.
