My arowana finally showed signs of droop eye at about 9-10 inches. Only in one eye though, kinda looks like DeeBo from the movie Friday. I'm not mad considering I already knew it would happen eventually. I still think little guys looking awesome and has some great color going on him. I'll make sure to post pix after work.....perhaps he's keeping his eye out on the clown knife on the bottom which actually is working out perfectly.....I curently got a 8-9 inch pleco which punks my vegatarian clown knife....maybe he knows he kinda a sissy, but work great with my silver arowana considering that my aro was getting punked by the old CK I had. ( which I donated to my buddies pond here in Hawaii)

Yes, about a week or two ago....my little dude freaked out and started jumpping and banged his head up quite a bit. I think this is what did it. No signs at all before that...and it is definately droop eye now.....still love my aro though.

What eye is it? The same thing happened to mine. I think if I had left a light on at night that this would not have happened. It is incredible that mine is so calm now but he is over 1 foot. I would guess about 15 inches.

I notice too in some aros whenever they have a severe jump and banged against something in the process. But after awhile usually they will recover from the temperory droop eye look though.
