What are the chances of a 13" fish in a 750g tank finding a 1"x3" hole to leap out of? Jumped sometime between 4:30 and 6:30 am found him behind the tank. Put him in a rubbermaid with air pump move him around for an hour and a half to get gills goin. He has a decent amount of life left but in the long run did not make it:cry::cry:

wow. bummer. 750g?!? Man that guy was shooting for the stars.

Sorry to hear it.

Sorry for your luck, but arros are jumpers and will find the smallest opening to jump out through.....

Reminds me when CR said "That tiger didn't go crazy, ....That tiger went tiger" - Chris Rock

So many Aro's meet their maker in this manner.
They do that man, sorry he took the Nestea plunge...(been there)
I had one give himself a concussion blasting into the glass versa top.
Must have broke it's neck..
Gotta close all openings and weight it down or use clips. Sorry 4 your loss.

sorry to hear about that mate, did you have him long?

Wow thats bad luck buddy, what kind of cover is on the tank?

Acrylic tops heavy as hell but there are two small openings to fit your fingers in to lift them up. Had him since 2" about a year maybe less

Wow you too? I found my jardini on the carpet this morning. Totally out of the blue, never was skittish or jumpy at all. So i let my guard down and didnt put weights on the lids and he knocked them across the room.
