What's wrong with the photo? It's a professionally done piece of art where a woman decided she loves her lizard so much she wanted to model with it. There is nothing wrong with this and in no way shape or form is it deemed undignified for a woman to express herself in this manner. Get back on topic and get your head out of the gutter.
