well water and iron

would iron hurt my fish and i live in the country so i get well water

me too i usually let the water sit for a day just to be safe but I haven't lost a fish

check the nitrates from the tap. That was my problem...I had 30ppm at the tap...took me awhile to figure out why I couldnt get it to go any lower ha ha
