Wels cat or wallago ??

Can anyone tell me an easy way to tell these two cats apart?? I think I see one has a solid tail fin and the other has a split tail?? Is that right??

Ok from what I see it can't be a wels cat because wels cats are banned in the USA? The fish in question is for sale at a lfs here in NY

Wallago have a longer more pointed head, more prominent teeth etc, I can tell them apart on sight, one good pic and I'll tell you for sure
 
I hope you guys are right...I had some tool at the store telling me he was 99% sure it was wels.. I believe he is wrong as well.. we will see
