What's the growth rate on a wels an what's the best diet for them mine has been feeding on sinking pellets but has got to about 3 foot an slowed right down

Can't manage pics as he is in a large pond next time we net him will get some, took a lot of time an a lot of paperwork to be allowed one.

whole fish and water fowl are its natural diet.

Start feeding it a bucket of pellets at a time or maybe a small chicken

Pond is 14' by 7' an about 5 foot deep lots of large koi in there and a few native species along eith a channel cat which about a foot long was some small goldfish but they disappeared after the cat was introduced . Planning to renovate the pond some time this year or next.
