My birthday is Monday, so the wifey thought it would be nice to take out on a charter fishing trip with some other family. Awwww, what a sweetheart. Yeah, she's a keeper.

I didn't take pics of my mother-in-law, because I was wrestling a biggie.
Big fish of the day, weighed in at 18 pounds. This thing took about 10 minutes to reel in. He slammed the lure, then took off. Hard. I would reel in for what felt like hundreds of feet, then the fish would decide to pull back, and undo my minutes of hard work. Finally wore himself out though.
All in all, good times. Was a little slower than I would have like, we went 7/9. Both of the times the fish got lost, they were 10-20 feet of getting netted. My uncle and father-in-law were not happy. But all said and done, everyone caught 1 fish, I caught 2. Happy birthday to me.
