Seachem makes prime. It removes chlorine amd chloramines. Id go with that. Just follow the ratio on the label

Hello; What to use will depend on how the local water company treats the water. I also am in TN and have public water. I checked with the local water co and found that they only use chlorine as a treatment chemical. I am able to simply fill some containers and allow them to sit for a few days. The chlorine becomes inert and the water can be used in a tank.
This question has been posted several times and you will likely get some that strongly suggest using chemical water treatment. Often they will say this is a good "just in case" or "just to be safe" practice. The choice is yours but I have been doing without such chemical additives for over thirty years. First in KY when I went from a well to public water and now in TN.
If the public water is treated with additional chemicals such as chloramines, then you will likely have to use some of the commercial additive.
