Went to Beverly's fish store today!!

Well I went to the good LFS today! I saw some good things, it was awsome! I saw Hujeta barracuda, farlowela plecos, blue channel cats, nice little convicts, aro's, pbass, nice oscars, motoro's and others. So I picked up one pbass, and one wild oscar! I been looking for a wild oscar for months! He is small, like 1-1.5". So I HAD to put him in my 29g with afro cichlids... A temp grow out for him. So the new Pbass is getting harrassed by my old pbass and oscar. Hell be fine tho. I also got a new plant and a treat for my fish, 20 guppies. Here are the pix.

P.S. I also bought an L-260 Queen pleco about a month ago, and I didnt post pix, so Ill do that now.

Here is a full tank shot too, just for good measure.

I need an ID on the pbass. Im thinking mono, but Im not sure. Thanks for your help!

Nice fish. Pbass looks like Ocellaris to me, but its a gamble at that size.

I paid 3.99 for the oscar and 13.99 for the bass. and like 2.00 for the guppies, and 5.99 for the sword. The plant is huge tho!

i think the pbass is an ocell. they looked pretty skinny last time i was there. i wanted to get one of those SA "gars" they have. i cant wait till beverly's gets some baby dats again.

Those gars are pretty neat looking.

I have bad news.
My pbass died...
I dont know why. His eyes are eaten. I hope I can get a refund. Ill get another. lol.

Since you were at Beverly's, try going to Benny's Tropicals, just across the street to the West in Pines, maybe 5 mins from Beverly's. Tons of exotic cichlids, Flowerhorns, Frontosas, exotic plecos, etc....not your usual store.
