I have about twelve cichlid frys and I have them in a breeder net but they are beggining to grow out of it. I would still like to house them in my 100g but I need a another way of keeping them seperate from the others.

open to any suggestions.

You can get a smaller tank (around 30 gal.) to use as your rearing tank. set it up using water from your main tank so your biological fitering will go quicker. put in a few small plants for hiding places, and if you use bio-wheels, place screens over the intakes so that your frys don't pull a "nemo" on you.

Tank divider?

you could put your frys next to your big mac :D

do like water_baby83 says, that´s by far the best choice, tank divider is in my opinion twice the work and half the gain...
