are there any south american floating plants that arent illegal?

It doesn't look like any of the duckweeds (Landoltia, Lemna, Spirodela, Wolffia, Wolfiella) are on the list. They're native to SA, as well as many other places. Azolla carolina is native to both North and South America; it is not listed but A. pinnata is. Other than that, it looks like they're about covered.
