Were to buy filter pad 14" X 12" Times 2??? SEE PIC

Were can I buy filter pad that looks like the attached pic. I need it 14" x 12" and i need it times 2. I want it to trap bigger crap and let the water run through easier. The stuff I have now in my wet dry I have to clean every two days or else it backs up bad.
