wet dry filter diy

building a new tank that will be 6x2x2 or 180 gal thinking on using my existing 75 gal tank as a wet dry fiter . was think on puting some compartments in it for for say a veggie filter and maybe some carbon also any help on this would be awesome.

I am new to the site but have found all you guys to rock.........

get 3 teir draw... fill with bio balls..carbon etc... put it in the 75...

then throw lights on the 75 to grow plants

That may help a little too....

My wet dry is the same size as a 75 and it has a unique design. Ive thought about putting plants and some inverts in it and making it another showpeice itself. Again, if you want to check it out there are pix in my gallery, and if you would like to see some more detailed pix PM me.

rallysman filter is kick butt but is it acrylic my tank is glass. i would love to build one like that i dont really want to put a sock drawer in my tank. I want to be able to show it off a little. how would i go about doing this.
