  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
maybe some more info....it is a 55 gallon native tank that is kinda overstocked. it currently has two emperor 280's and one emperor 400 on it but i was thinking about replacing a 280 with the wetdry filter sense my saltwater tank went caputs....sehr gut?

The best filter going.:D

Are you planning on using the from the S/W setup?

How big is it?

not too sure on its size...the sticker is warn on it but i saw a 60....dunno what that means, but when in the stand for the 55 gallon it takes up an entire half of it and is an inch or two from the top. It used to be on a saltwater setup but i have flushed the pump and completely cleaned the filter and put in new media. It has a protein skimmer too but i doubt that is useful.

when i first started in the hobby, i mainly used power filters, then discovered canister and thought it was the greatest thing in the world. Then one day a wet dry was discovered and i never went back to canister or power filters.

cleaning a wet dry is so much easier, just change the flow a few times a month.:D
