Wet/dry or sump?

So now that I got my 375 gallon planned out. Should I go with a 100gal wet/dry or 100gal sump? Can a wet/dry handle almost 4000 gph? I know a lot of people on here have sumps with filter socks.

Both!! I'm sure someone will have different to say but I say do some profilter sponges make a tower for the wet dry then have it do your some maybe a refugium or some xtra bio some polishing pads sky's the limit on a 6 food sump
