Wet Dry Question

Can it be possible to run a wtd dry on a 120 high with a sump thats not 24 inches long? If so how would those measurements look like? I ask because I dont have the space for a 24 long right now. Any ideas?

What's the max room you have to work with?

You can go wide, deep or tall...even add a bio-tower on the back. There are several things to play with.

Post some pix of your setup, front andf side showing the rear space.

tried to rotate the those pics but it just wont save that way...dunno.
also i would like to use the bottom atleast half of it for some storage of my fish stuff

Nice, what is the overflow attached to now?

Make a basic W/D or sump as large as you can (which is probably what you can fit thru the door, turn to fit and slide to one side) to use in addition to the other filtration. It will give you added water (10g-12g with a sump) and some needed bio-filtration. Every little bit helps .

Personally, I'd find a closet somewhere to put the 'fish stuff' and utilize the space for filter. But that's why I have my stuff and you have yours huh .

Thanks, well the plumbing for the wetdry is not in use, it drips slowly to a stop into a container nothing dramatic. Just thought I may be able to get something under there in the tall dept not long.lol.
