wet/dry size for jumbo tank?

I've ordered a 750g acrylic tank and want opinions on proper filtration. How large of a wet/dry should I have? ~20% of tank size (150g) ? Once the fish mature I'm expecting heavy bioload.
Current fish that will end up in the tank are; red belly pacu, giant redtail gourami, giraffe catfish, 3 clown loachs, and 5 tinfoils.

I forgot to mention that I will have a drip system that will automatically change between 1 and 4 % of the water daily.

I just built one today but it can change as much water as you want.... what does a drip system cost if you buy one?
