If that's to scale, I'd skinny up on the filter wool space and add it to the bio-media area.
Air an air stone (lime wood fine bubbles) under the bio-media for aeration.
Whatcha stocking that needs a chiller?
Large bulkheads going to container 3.

Since you're using independent containers, I'd be putting an overflow from container #1 to container #3 in case your filter media gets clogged ... just in case
