wow, sorta vauge there, but yes and no. A common sump with overflows and returns to each tank is all you need. Sounds easy, but it all really depends on where / how the tanks are arranged.
check into the DIY Overflows, or build acrylic overflows, make everything overflow into a main sump, your saying you need to filter about 800 gallons worth of tanks, so you want your sump to be i think it was 1/4 or 2/3 the size of gallons your filtering, i don't feel like doing any math so i'm just gonna say you will need 200-300 gallon sump, there is a lot of options out there to run what you want to run....
