I just built a DIY one very similar to that one you linked to. Anything specific you want to know?
That one looks pretty neat, but if you have the patience and some DIY know how, you can build one yourself for a lot cheaper that will do exactly the same job.
I assume that one does not come with a pump? So you will need a pump you will also need to rig up an overflow of some kind if your tank does not have a bulk head installed. Otherwise I think that one looks like it would serve you well in most applications.
