teacup ray is a name given to very small unidentifed rays but normally they are retic or hystrix which normally grow to a disk size of about 16inch
they dont need to be kept on sand and a very fine pebble gravel will do i wouldnt recomend keeping them on a bare bottom tank as rays have evolved to live in substrate and like to dig and burry them selfs in the substrate
tank size as big as you can get in your house but no smaller than 72x30x24
