What’s a good Submersible pump that moves 4-5000 gallons an hour? I was using jabeo and I just had one go bad at 1-1/2 years old.

Do you mean a pump, powerhead, wavemaker, closed loop, etc?
Assuming wavemaker type, I'd still suggest something like a jebao WP-60 or similar model. Very good bang for the buck and they don't all die after a few years.
Laguna 4280 is right there and submersible. I’ve had a number of them for years and not one failure. Great pumps
