One of mine has a very similar spot and it’s because it constantly rubs its lip up and down the glass.

They do not. Maybe during feeding them they bump into each other but no aggression at all

I wouldnt be concerned at all. The white is the skin getting scraped against the glass. I have some small cichlas that looks the same due to attacking the glass when im feeding.
