I'm hoping to order a 36" light fixture today. I was hoping to get your guys input.

I'm considering these guys:

AquaticLife T5 HO Dual Lamp Light Fixture

Marineland Double Bright LED Light
http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?c=3578+3733+10704+23738&pcatid=23738

I want to make a good long term investment, It will be starting out on my 30 gallon breeder but eventually moving onto a larger 36"L X 24"W X 24"D rimless tank I will be getting for my room down the road. The Aquaticlife is appealing because I can add more units to it as I go.

I'm also interested in any other recommendations you guys can make. Thanks.

If you want to save money, sunslighting has the cheapest lights but they're really good quality........I have a 24" 65 watt and it was only $35 and it works great.

Should've checked out the Beamswork LED lights! They're incredibly cheap and every bit as good as the Marineland LED's.

Interesting... The flip up feature for easier bulb access is great. Sadly already ordered the other one, and I do like its ability to stack fixtures, this will come in handy when I get a larger tank.

I don't really care for 6,000- 6,500K only fixtures like this one. Everything is too yellow. I'm going to go do a DIY LED fixture when I expand to a 4ftx2ftx1.5ft tank in a year or so and add some broader/higher spectrum LED's. I want my rainbows to really pop.
