I don't have a fancy camera or anything and my tablet takes rubbish pictures so I occasionally play around with my wifes phone in an attempt to get some half decent pics. I give up a long while ago on getting any decent pictures of my chalceus. He's usually on the move, it's just too difficult.
Imagine my surprise today when I knelt down in front of my tank and he came right up to the glass, which is a first in itself, and just stayed there completely still for about 10 seconds, as if to say, "well come on you muppet, get your shot". I was amazed and so duly obliged by getting this pic.
The only downside was that my GG did a bit of a photo bomb but even so i'm over the moon with this pic. I feel inspired to get a proper DLSR camera which would probably allow me to take pics like this effortlessly.
