Wasen't there a rescent thread somewhere were Great Blue Heron had some type of talapia and they were saying it was photo shopped. This looks like the exact same photo, but a Jag in place of the Talapia. I say photoshop.

Jags are so abundant down in the everglades along with every other introduced species. The Heron belongs there, the Jag doesn't.
