Eastern narrow mouthed frog- Gastrophryne carolinensis. That is a full grown adult too.

Cool I found him in my fire pit in my back yard and hadn't seen him before. I snapped a few photos and let him go.

Yep. I remember catching one of those when I was a kid on vacation at Virginia Beach. Neat little guys.
