What am I?

Hi.
Picked up this little Asian that was bred at a farm here in Japan.
It is selling under the name "Supreme Blue".

Could anyone correctly ID this for me?

IMO, it looks like an RTG. Could be a HBRTG later on, still young to tell. It's a nice one tho.

There should be some truth to its name, "Supreme Blue". Probably a blue-based RTG although it doesn't seem to have settled enough for the base color on its scales to brighten up yet. Although if you look closely at the 3rd picture you'll see some blue already. Nice one TGM!
