What and how much do you feed?

Recently I posted a picture on the food prep I did for my Rays and wolf. But recently I was told by a few people I am not feeding enough. How much food should I be feeding my Rays? Is there a ratio of how much I should feed? I am currently feeding basa, swai, shrimp and squid.

Everyone has their own opinions from 3 times a day to every other day. I personally feed about 5 times a week with big servings. Call me lazy, call me cheap but everything is growing nicely and everyone is fat. My opinion anything over twice a day is a waste and could produce unhealthy rays unless you feed small portions each time which would become a full time job. If you can get them on pellets like mine are then you can up the frequency. I throw pellets in almost every day but only once a day then my 5 day a week feedings are larger portions for meat like shrimp.
 
I believe most ray keepers feed twice a day. I have been feeding until I see a slight bulge in my rays and then I usually stop. I feed twice a day.
