I have a 360 gallon tank, I am raising 2 Hoplarchus Psittacus, 2 Hypselecara Temporalis, and Mesoheros Gephyrus all are about 3", will this work? Would this be too many fish, it is working now because they a young, but I am thinking the Mesoheros Gephyrus when adult maybe too aggressive, I don't know I haven't had these before.

In that size tank, aggression should be minimal.

The only problem I see, is the preferred water temp differences.
The Amazonian species of the Hoplarchus, and Hypselecara preferring temps in the low 80s, and to a lessor degree of importance, more acidic conditions.

But the rivers of Colombia west and north of the Andes, like the Dagua where gephyrus is found, average about about 10' F cooler.
The last time I was in Colombia, I was quite surprised at how cool the water temps in the rivers were, but since they cascade off the nearby Andes, and the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta mountains, I should not have been. Pics below the Sierra Nevada below

Water parameters, like Alkainity , and pH of the rivers west of the Andes are slightly different than the Amazonian rivers but probably not a concern..

My Hoplarchus absolutely hated my Hypselecara. I have no idea why — it mostly allowed Heros with minimal chasing, tolerated large geos, and flared at but ultimately did no damage to lugubris pikes. But it would always chase down and attack the Hypselecara. I ended up moving the Hypselecara to a separate tank.

Maybe starting them together smaller would work.
