I’ve had a few:
Betta: kind of obvious, they rule over anything they are with.
Dwarf puffer: mine never were super aggressive, but pack a big punch for something only an inch long.
Rosy red minnow: When I kept them with puffers, the minnows were actually in charge and stole food from the puffers.
Krib cichlids: My pair run my 60 gallon, with almost everything being bigger than them. When they breed, they claim a whole half of the tank, and are meaner than my sa/cas when they want to be. They tore the throat out of my rainbow shark because it came too close.
Giant danios/Aussie Rainbows/Buenos Aires tetras: A mixed school of these is one of my favorite sights in a fish tank, and together will control the top half of a tank.

Pretty much any fish besides most barbs and tetras in my experience. Most fish have different personalities, those unfortunate like me will end up with a suppose peaceful guppy that turns into a killer of other community fish.

My yoyo loaches are super aggressive. My 55g Syn Angelicus tank is run by the N. Multies. They have no fear and nip her anytime she comes out of her corner and cruises around the shells looking for food.

Figured I’d add rainbow cichlid. Nice for a cichlid, but still a cichlid.
Also, if we want to count inverts, crayfish dominate the bottom(at least think they do).
