Did I offend you somehow?

I just got a few gorillus blue umbees, and I am aware of the gorillus black strain. I also have some of the rio blue and I have seen pics of the panama greens. I dont know what others there are and I was looking to see a good comparison of the different strains.

Holy Panama green! Who has these? I want some now! Still looking to get my hands on gorillas!

Got it. I know its like a powder keg when people talk about strains and locations when it comes to umbees. I was just excited for some side by sides including the greens. You dont see those too much anymore and I was curious about the profile variations. My gorillus are too small to exemplify the strain and my blue are barely fry and just starting to show even the slightest striping.

Well to clarify this for you you have basically 3 maybe 4 umbee variants. You have the blue which has several different locations to collect them from being rio guatape (location x), rio mag (the common blu umbee), location z, and there are still a few other locations to be collected such as the yellow heads but all of those above are blue umbees not any variants. Then there is the panama green which can be referred to as a variant I guess, third are the black umbees, again with several different location which are being referred to as gorillus black (rio playas), gorillus blue, and the last in the hobby is the rio atrato which is claimed to be a black umbee.

The difference between the "3" variants are easily distinguished by the freckles in the face among other factors but the freckling is obvious. For instance, the blue umbee only has blue freckles! The blacks have RED freckles, not blue and never will!! And the greens don't have any
