What are the nutritunal value of frozen peas?

I hear that Frozen Peas are very good for African Cichlids yet I hardly ever see anybody ever say anything about them, How good are they nutrituanlly for Cichlids?

Do you guys peel em?I read you are supposed to and have been but I was wondering if its neccesay esp cause after I peel em I smash them through a garlic press.

If I had to peel evey individual pea, the fish wouldn't be getting peas.

I run the Pea's under cold water for a few seconds and then I squeeze the Pea out of it's skin. By the way how good of a food for African's are they?

The peas should be the unsalted ones also. Make sure.
