what are these blood worms look alike?

Hi there, i just noticed there are some ( many) blood worm look alike floating
(swimming ) in the tank, i do not think that's something good right?
what are those and how can i get rid of them??
i would love to post some pics, but they are just way too small..

Detritus worms and they are not harmful. Just means you need to clean the tank more often. Your fish will eat them.

Correct. Do plenty of water changes and limit feeding.
