What are these catfish?

Hi everyone,

This is my first post here, just signed up on the forum.

So, a store i go to had these 2 cats and just wanted to get rid of them. How could I say no! I love big catfish. Anyway, he had no idea what they are. I think one is a Red Tail/Shovelnose possibly? The other, I have no idea what kind it is.

Any info would be great! These guys are awesome, I'd just like to know exactly what specie they are.

It looks like a shovel nose but im not 100% more pics would help about how long it he? diet? tank size?

i have 1 tsnxrtc and 2 tsn marbled pims they eat like pigs they grow like weeds. my pims seem to be very shy

I'll try to get more pics. The 1st one pictured is very shy and doesn't come out much when they lights are on.

They are both about 10"-11". I've had them for a few months now, feeding them 2-3 large shrimp every couple days. They are doing great so far. They are in a 180.

I have both they are rather small ATM but just so you know they will outgrow your 180 in 6months or less
