what are these cichlids?

Hello, I am new to this forum and I was wondering if you guys could tell me what type of cichlids these two are. much thanks!

No idea what type but from what I can see the top is a CA/SA and the bottom African could be way off though...

top - juvenile Giant Gourami
bottom - male melanochromis auratis (not 100% on the spelling)

The first one is not a giant gourami.

My first bet wouldn't have been for Marbled Convict. The markings are VERY similar, but the size and shape seem way off.

As for an exact ID, afraid i cant pin point it.
