What are these? Fish identification

Saw a little tank full of these at the Petland down the street. At first glance they appear to be pacu, but they seemed somewhat different, especially the one with the shorter nose and the single bar down the side.

Sorry for the bad pictures, they wouldn't stop moving. They were all pretty beaten up from biting eachother and I assume crashing into the walls.

That's what I thought. Wonder where they came from? Petland usually only gets the little guys, and sometimes baby redhooks. I bet somebody dumped 'em off.

Never really seen silver dollars there now that you mentioned it. They will not take fish in either, from my experiance.
