What are these jelly things in my filter?

In my Rena XP4 I found a few, about a dozen or so, of these jelly things that have some kind of little things inside. Looks to me like some sort of eggs. I did also find a few snails in my one filter. I have another filter, same one, and it has tons of snails (I clean out every month) but no little gel things. Any ideas?

Yep snail eggs normally laid on plants but if the snails were in your filter they wouldnot have any other place

I had some little snails in my tank once and I dunno if they got sucked into the filter or what, but I ended up with no snails in my tank and a hoard of them in my filter *shrug*. They seemed to have been propagating quite well in there.

Same thing..None in my tank and both of my filters are filled with them. No harm, I just clean them monthly.
