What Are These Light Marks / Areas On Baby Flowerhorn?

Hi --

Do you guys know what these light marks / blotches / areas are on my baby flowerhorn? You can see them in the picture, but they are more noticable in person. They only seem to be on one side.

What does peeling mean?

If he's fading, does that mean he will turn all "white"?

And if so, would he keep his red eyes?

The light areas don't seem to have any different texture to look at them close (like not a sore or anything so far as I can tell).

HE will keep his eye color as red, only the body color with change into yellow,pink or red shades all depends on the genes of the fish.
