Okay, so a few days ago i was out shopping for some stuff from my niece, and i noticed this thing called "Aquasaurs by Uncle Milton" and was just wondering what are these creatures your meant to hatch out...

They kinda reminded me of sea monkeys kit, but don't think thats what these things are... so just curious, does any one know what these things actually are???

I think they are called Triclops...I think. I have seen these in the hobby stores. They come as dried eggs in a sealed pouch. They only hatch in purified water. I believe it takes 48 hrs for them to hatch. Supposedly they haven't changed much at all over the thousands of years that the species has existed. Their fossils look nearly the same as they do today. I thought about breeding them as fish food but the whole process that it takes to keep them alive seems to be more trouble than its worth. But I'm sure your niece will love watching them swim around in that little aquarium! Great gift!

Thanks for the info...

They're interesting little things. I used to have some when I was younger.

DUDE!!! I had those when I was like 12!!! They came with brine shrimp that they killed and ate! They shed their shells too, they were awesome!!!!!!!!
