What are these strange organism on my fish tank?

I have recently introduced 100 Ramshorn snails in my tank , as soon as I put them there overnight the Nitrite became too high and the spike of Nitrite caused the fishes to come to surface. I removed all of the Ramshorn snails and did a 70% water change which brought down the nitrite.

Now, I notice in the fish tank wall and plants these kind of organisms, when I push it with my finger it feels like meat and bursts.

I have never seen this before, what are these? here is a picture from the leaf of the plant from the fish tank.

what should I do with these? destroy them or leave them? does it have any affect on my fish or on the water of the tank?

Leave them, they will hatch into new rams horn snails, adding to the total population you can feed your puffers with.

Deadeye thank you so much. I discarded all of 100 rams horn snails, as none of my puffers could eat them and they did not even try to eat them. however they ate all of the 100 Assasin snails and now they are very picky with the food, when i throw normal frozen worms or shrimps, they do not eat it, they want snails.

Puffers will do that...
Keep these guys, the small ones are easy food. Just leave a good amount so more can breed.
