What are these things in my tank? Worms??

I bought some feeder guppies last night from the LFS, so my cichlids would have something good to eat. This morning I see this little guy crawling on my glass. What is he? Is he going to hurt the cichlids?

Planaria. They're harmless. You can throw them if you want.

Also, I only found the one in the tank. I looked for others but didn't see any

Planaria.. it's from uneaten food.. they suck.. it's hard to clean the tank because there are tiny planarias swimming in there.. gross!
