what are they??, what do they look like??, how do u prevent them???

and what do u do if a snake has them??

Snakes get them if kept wet, to moist .
Granted some snakes need higher humidity than others and can stand water like anocandas ,etc but in your case a water bowl for your water snake is fine and even if snake soaks in it .

It has most of tank to completely dry up and thats fine.

k thx, but what do they look like just in case plz

can geckos get them?

In to much moist, lack of cleanliness and cold evoirements its almost granted any animal will develop blisters

why don't water snakes get them in the wild??

i know they can dry off anytime (i guess why) but i always find them next to water

Water snakes get out of the water and bask periodically, both for warmth and to dry off. I frequently see Nerodia sipedon 5-10 feet above the water's surface in trees. Many turtles, including sliders, painteds, and maps, do the same, and they are also prone to health problems if not allowed to dry off regularly.
