got these two for free today

im guessing the plec is a common but the seccond fish is a suposed jd but i think it looks more like a cross

Pleco is Pterygoplichthys pardalis to me.

Jd for sure. Some will show a darker background color, while others will show the lighter color with some bars, as yours does. Mine stays predominantly darker, but will bounce to the lighter from time to time depending on his mood.
