Want to know what you guys are using in your ray tanks for flow.
Im thinking I want better flow in my tank.
Looking at the Jebao powerheads. But not sure which ones I want...
I don't want a large wave in the tank, so Im not trying to do that.
Just want better flow to move the water in this tank. The Hydor's I have in it are not doing it in my opinion.
My drift wood always seems to have crap on it and I want something to move the water better but not piss off my fish.
Want to see what you guys are using for slow.
Tank is a 360 gallon. 8'x3'x27"
tank mates..
two Motoro rays 14" to 19"
Large 8" Datnoid
3 large p-bass
1 large catfish
4 large loaches
1 spotted gar

Im using 3 Fluval FX5 for filtration.
Auto water changer, changes 100 gallons a week..
My drift wood is real wood.

Can't beat Koralias. Tunze makes a better powerhead, but is typically twice the price.

Im using Koralias evos on the tank now. Just doesn't seem to be enough. I have 4 of the 1050's on it now.

Koralia and Maxijet on a 150g

Ditto on the Koralias, 2x 1200 gph. I never see debris or waste anywhere in my setup. Sometimes I wonder if my rays even crap.

IF you have Korilias and they aren't doing it then it sounds like you need bigger ones. I may be wrong but 1050 sounds like the smaller end of their line up.

I use a pair of the 3250 GPH, along with a 1500 gph in my Tiger grow out which also has a pair of smaller rays in it. The return pump is rated at 3.6K gph, the tank is 225 gallons. Masheer, Balas, ATF nor the rays seem to mind the current.

Best option a Jabeo wave maker

Better priced and flow option vs any other talked about here. Will beat the other hands down. Even the expensive eco tech which is just ridiculous price wise. Check them out. One wp40 can make waves in my 400 gallon tank.
