What are your thoughts ??

Ok so I've bought a 6' 6" 200gallon tank and my thoughts have quickly turned to stands , well Ive been a stonemason (mainly in kitchen worktops and fireplaces) for 15 years and it seems obvious to me to make a stand using granite or engineered quartz . I've also dabbled in glass splashbacks recently where it's currently very popular to have them digitally printed with a design of your taste and choice so I thought I'd add some doors to the front pillars and make those into shelving racks with a 'fishy' design to adorn them and make the whole thing pretty ! I'd really love to market these and wanted to know whether if such a thing came onto the market would you buy one AND how much you would comfortably pay !

as a do it yourselfer myself, i try not to pay for anything i can find/make myself.

but i guarantee/know there are others out there that will eat that up in a second when buying a new showcase tank.
everything related to your ideas in this "industry" is quite expensive. you could probably make a decent buck if you had a few leads arranged.

I'm pretty sure there's a market there for as you say showcase tanks it's all in the thought stage at the moment and a couple if scribbles , I'm making mine pretty soon though and ill post some pics up

cant beat professionally hand crafted anything. sure is the way to go with big tanks and such.
