yes that's exactly what that is and a pretty nice one at that. with it already showing gold on the top level of scales. they will not cross over though , but like i said it is a good fish.
Yes it's an RTG and agreed it's a nice one -- if the price is right and you have a proper sized tank I'd say go for it
