What bulb should I use?

I bought a pair of 48" Hagen Glo HO 2x54w lights today and I'm wondering what tubes I should use in them. I'm using them in a 125g planted tank.

the general rule is that freshwater plants do well with lighting in the 6000-10,000k spectrum. whatever you choose from here is personal preference

If you are going to stick with the Hagen brand, go with their Life Glo bulbs. If you are going outside the brand, look for 6500K or 6700K, as these will optimize growth.

I've heard only good things of the Giesemann Aquaflora and the midday bulbs since you have 4 spots open I would go with two of each.
