What can i do to make my Dojo Loach grow faster? if anyone know anyway please help me out.

thanks for any help:)

What size is the tank? What fish are in it? What is the temperature of your tank? Growth rate pretty much depends on several factors such as temperature, space available, feeding frequency and many others.

i have a 10 gallon tank with 2 guppies, 2 pleco, 2 goldfishes and 10 comets and a dojo loach. they are all small, i want to take out the goldfish and comets but my family like it. the temperature is 75 and i feed them once or twice a day, i feed them goldfish crisps, goldfish pellets and shrimp pellets. but the comet and goldfish always eat and eats the shrimp pellets too. when should i feed the shrimp pellets ?

Your tank is extremely overstocked. Bear in mind comets can reach 12 inches. All goldfish can produce plenty of wastes. For a stocklist like that, you will need a 300g with strong filtration capacity to cope with the number of fish. Upgrade to a 55g and replace all your fish but the guppies. If you want coldwater fish, stick with 4 fancy goldfish (not the comets) plus two weather loaches.

Invest in API liquid test kit. Check your ammonia, nitrites, nitrates and pH to make sure water conditions are in order. Ammonia and nitrites should remain at zero whereas nitrates should not exceed 40 ppm.

I suggest you read these threads before you proceed any further.

I mentioned earlier it will vary but in a 10g, there is not much chance your dojo can reach adult size quickly.

A bigger tank w/frequent WC's.

In my experience fish grow the fastest in big tanks with low nitrates. I have 4 Gold Dojos in a 47 g with a fancy Goldfish. That tank gets 80% algae/zucchini/plant material and my Dojos went from 3" to 5" in about 6 months. Food is important, obviously, but more important is giving them the room and low nitates. I don't see how yours is going to be able to grow in a 10 g. That's just not enough room, sorry.
